PRIVACY POLICY

1. Overview & Information We Collect

Fitness Factory respects your personal privacy. When you interact with our website, request a tour, or communicate with staff, we collect basic contact information that you voluntarily submit (such as full name, email address, phone number, and preferred visit times).

2. Membership & Payment Processing

Online signups, monthly memberships, and guest passes are processed directly through the secure JoinMyHealthClub portal. Fitness Factory does not directly store, process, or transmit your credit card or banking numbers on this website server. All payment transactions follow strict PCI-DSS compliance standards managed by the billing provider.

3. Communications & SMS / Text Messaging Consent

Submitting a tour request or contact form authorizes Fitness Factory staff to reply to your inquiry via phone or email during normal business hours. We do not send unauthorized outbound automated SMS spam or share your number with third-party marketing lists.

SMS / Text Messaging: Where shown on a form, an optional SMS opt-in checkbox lets you consent to receive text messages from Fitness Factory about your inquiry, tour scheduling, and membership. Opting in is not required to submit a form or to join. If you opt in, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to cancel and opt out. Your consent is recorded with your submission and is not shared or sold. We only send SMS to numbers where prior express written consent has been given.

4. Third-Party Links & Map Services

Our site provides direct links to Google Maps, Apple Maps, social media profiles, and the JoinMyHealthClub membership portal. We encourage you to review their respective privacy practices when accessing external domains.
