1. 24/7 Keycard Member Access Rules
Enrolled members receive a designated electronic keycard allowing 24-hour facility access. Keycards are strictly individual and non-transferable. Allowing non-members or unauthorized guests to enter during unstaffed hours is a violation of facility policy and grounds for immediate membership termination.
2. Photo ID Verification & Online Signup
Standard monthly online signups must be finalized by visiting the gym during staffed business hours within 48 hours to show a valid government-issued photo ID and receive active door access credentials.
3. Guest Passes & Visitor Access
Daily guest passes ($15) are valid only during regular staffed business hours. One-week guest passes ($52) are active for 7 consecutive days starting upon keycard issue. Passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
4. Sauna Usage Guidelines
The dry heat Finnish sauna is provided as an included amenity for active members and authorized pass holders. Users must adhere to posted temperature rules, time limits, and hygiene guidelines (including sitting on a towel). Anyone with cardiovascular or heat-sensitive conditions should consult a physician prior to sauna use.
5. Billing, Cancellations & Upkeep
Month-to-month memberships renew on a monthly schedule. Changes, freezes, and cancellations are subject to the terms of your signed membership agreement with JoinMyHealthClub. Month-to-month plans include a $25 annual facility improvement fee as outlined in your enrollment contract.
